GeoPro Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the GeoPro mobile application (“GeoPro,” “App,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1) Eligibility

You must be able to form a legally binding contract in your jurisdiction to use the App. If you are using GeoPro on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2) License to Use the App

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use GeoPro for your personal or business purposes, in accordance with these Terms and applicable laws.

You may not:

  • Copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App except where permitted by law

  • Use the App for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes

  • Interfere with the App’s security or operation

3) Your Content and Data

GeoPro may allow you to create and store content such as field reports, VES measurement data, notes, photos, and exported files (“User Content”).

  • Ownership: You retain ownership of your User Content.

  • Responsibility: You are responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and legality of your User Content and for maintaining appropriate backups.

  • Local Storage: GeoPro is designed to store data locally on your device unless otherwise stated.

4) Field Use Disclaimer (Engineering/Professional Use)

GeoPro is a tool designed to assist field workflows. You acknowledge that:

  • Field and measurement data can be affected by environmental conditions, equipment calibration, operator practices, and input errors.

  • Calculations, charts, and exports generated by the App are for workflow support and do not replace professional judgment, engineering standards, or regulatory requirements.

  • You are solely responsible for verifying results, maintaining compliance, and ensuring the suitability of outputs for any critical or high-stakes use.

5) Exports and Sharing

GeoPro may allow you to export reports or measurement data (e.g., PDF/CSV/TXT/ZIP) and share them using iOS sharing features. Once you share or upload exported files to third-party services, those services’ terms and privacy policies apply.

6) Updates and Changes

We may update the App to add, modify, or remove features. Some updates may be required for continued use. We may also change these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

7) Subscriptions and Purchases (If Applicable)

If GeoPro offers in-app purchases or subscriptions, the following applies:

  • Payments are processed by Apple through your App Store account.

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

  • You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings.

  • Any free trial, if offered, converts to a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial ends.

  • Prices may vary by region and are shown at purchase time.

(If you do not offer purchases/subscriptions, remove this section.)

8) Intellectual Property

GeoPro and its underlying software, design, and branding are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the App.

9) Third-Party Services

GeoPro may integrate with or link to third-party services (e.g., Apple Maps for navigation, iOS system sharing, file providers). We are not responsible for third-party services and your use of them is governed by their terms.

10) Termination

We may suspend or terminate your right to use the App if you violate these Terms or use the App in a way that could cause harm. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.

11) Disclaimer of Warranties

GeoPro is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that outputs will be accurate for every scenario.

12) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, business, or goodwill arising from or related to your use of the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the App (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

13) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Turkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Turkiye will have jurisdiction over disputes, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
